TD Call Center Representative interview questions

l applied online on td’s website. i submitted my resumé to be accessed. then i qualified for a simulation online to see whether i can qualify for an actual interview. After that i received an on the phone interview where i was asked personal questions about my past work experience and some qualities i possessed. after i passed that i was sent an address for an in person group interview and then a one on one interview.

10 person group interview with 3 hr manager, firstly introduce warm up and company review, and group role play activity, then followed by a 1 on 1 manager interview. took about 2.5 hours
