TD Call Center Representative interview questions

I did the online assessment on the same day I applied for the job and the other day HR send me an interview invitation. I did a 45 mins virtual interview with HR, she briefly introduce the job for about 10 mins, and started several behavioral questions.

The first round of interviews was conducted through a phone call. recruiter and I introduced ourselves and understand how does this position works, followed by several behavioural questions like how do you value customers? what is TFSA/RRSP？. Finally, we talked about training and potential sales target.
