I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TD (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online in April, and got to do an assessment test after a week. The assessment test is very straightforward which tests you about your personalities and 2 other ethic questions. I had my phone interview 2 days later, and the TD recruiter is very friendly and supportive. Then, I received a call for in-person interview in 30 mins (it surprised me). The interview took place at the branch with 2 managers who seemed very out-going; however, even though they may sound easy going to make you feel comfortable, you need to keep up your interaction and performance in terms of banking professionals.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TD (Markham, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Two managers interviewed me and asked about twelve behavioral questions. They were really nice, gave me position reactions when I was talking. They said they would call me about their decision in a week, but I haven't heard from them since we met. I emailed back and didn't get any reply. Guess this might be their way of recruiting.
