The interview was pretty typical of a customer service oriented interview. The interviewers had a set of questions to ask and mostly behavioral questions. Did an initial phone interview and then received a call for a in person interview.

First got phone interview and after that week panel interview....we were around 21 candidates in panel interview,manager divide us in four group for presentation and beside that one by one personal interview...people who took our interview they were really nice and supportive...

This interview was truly a behavioural interview, as they prioritize fit and ability to be able to coach / train you. Through all the questions it is noted that they do present situational questions to see how you would behave / react in situations involving clients, team members, others.
