I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Plano, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process was simple and easy to follow. The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I was asked questions on my resume. I was given coding assessment. After the assessment, I was asked to do the live coding round. After I did the live coding round, I was asked to do the manager round. The manager round is just behavioral and technical questions.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2021
Interview
The process is not too bad. There is a preliminary interview with questions about problems you've solved in the past and other typical interview questions. They prepare you for the technical interview with a sample beforehand which I definitely recommend trying out. You'll need a dev environment set up and test question will help you make sure you have your basics set up. They'll send you a list of prompts for code problems and you'll pick on from the list to work on.
