1- phone interview 2- Spark hire video interview 3- in person interview It was a three step process. After I submitted my application I was contacted by phone from the store manager. After the store manager contacted me , she sent me a spark hire link , which I had 48 hours to complete. And a decision was made after the 3rd step.
