I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
Was recruited in a sense and told to apply online, had to pass multiple situational/behavioral tests and a personality test. After online completion invited for an interview, went well mainly behavioral and background. Then was given a background check - must fill in dates EXACTLY, no guess work there. After passing was hired into the store.

Question 1
Lots of "when was a time" or "when did you have to overcome..." questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Houston, TX) in Jul 2013
Interview
I applied online but didn't really finish the assessment. I got a call about three days later setting me up for an interview the following week. I finished the assessment and everything else and went to the interview. I was interviewed by two store managers and that was probably the most difficult. The asked me two questions that kind of threw me of because I wasn't sure what they were asking me... tell me of a time you ...something something.. pertaining to rules and regulations... anyways after that I interviewed with my actual store manager and then the district manager. Three interviews.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Sep 2010
Interview
I called the store manager telling her I applied and she told me to come in for an interview. The store manager are like robots at T-mobile so when you tell them that you can sell and have experience they think you are a steal. If you are an experienced sales rep then you have nothing to fear. There is a second interview that is really a formality more than anything but you still need to impress because if you do bad it might affect you getting hired

Question 1
the questions are very generic they asked about a sales experience you had when you had a problem and how you overcame the problem
