T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Interviewed twice with store managers. They wanted to make sure I was sales type of personality, and even said "this job isn't for everyone." Usually they have people interview with two store managers and have a third interview with the region manager so he can approve to hire new people. They start everyone at the same base pay, so there is no point trying to negotiate. Even if you don't have actual sales experience (like me) just "fake it til you make it" and sell them on you as a sales person.

3 phase interview first with manager then second interview will be a group interview with 10 other people where ther are looking for individuals that stick out then finally an interview with district manager
