I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
The interview was pretty casual and friendly. I sat down with the manager at a nearby restaurant and talked about sales in general. No on the spot questions or anything specific. It lasted about 40 minutes. I dragged it on by asking many questions, to the point the manager was getting annoyed and told me he had to go! Anyways, it went well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Detroit, MI) in Jan 2015
Interview
Submitted resume online. Waited for two weeks and finally received a phone call to schedule a first interview. Met with a local store manager for about an hour long interview. I was asked all the normal interview questions. Then a week later I was called for a second interview with another manager. The same types of questions were asked. after a week I was offered a job but declined.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Anaheim, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very brief, they asked me to describe why I would thrive in a commision based environment, why I want this job, and why T-Mobile. They wanted to see how committed I was to maximizing every sale as well as every paycheck I got. Most interesting part was when they asked me to sell an accessory to them and why that specific one.
