Interview
First a manager called and spoke with me over the phone, and set up a face to face interview. The interview took about an hour. There were a lot of situational questions. How you would handled different situations with customers, and how you handled situations with customers in the past. It was an easy interview, as long as you prepare for a star structured interview.

Interview
Phone interview and then I met with two managers and a Regional. Then you have to do some testing in order to get in. Make sure you set aside time and in a quiet place. If you don't pass it, then you are disqualified for the position. Drug test and then if you pass all of them, they will send you an offer letter.

Give me an example of a time where you had an unruly customer, how did you handle it?
What is your sales experience?
You may have to sell something to them.
Started with a group interview then followed up with a interview with two store managers. Didn't hear back after that. My advise would be to get real comfortable in having to come up with a sales pitch with randoms items given to you.
