I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied for a position at a third-party retailer, not a corporate T-Mobile store. I had two interviews, one with the store manager and one with the store owners. Both were very easy and very straight forwards. I was not asked any behavioral questions. It was more geared towards my previous experience as I had just left a position for a Sprint third-party retailer.

Tell me about yourself.
How did you hear about this job?
Why do you want to work here?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
Applied online and took an assessment. Later I got a call to attend a hiring event. My timeslot had about 4 other people in it, and we all had to answer and ask a few questions in front of the group. The managers then broke up into one-on-ones with the applicants. I spoke to a manager for about an hour, where he asked all sorts of different questions.

Question 1
Tell me about an experience where you had to work with someone you disagreed with. What was the situation, what did you do personally, and what was the result?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Beavercreek, OH)
Interview
I applied online, I received a call 3 days later to come in for an interview. The interview went great. Just was asked simple questions. The star method was used. Was told to call back in a week or so but got online and my application was closed. The woman that interviewed me was kind of unprofessional. Had a customer for the longest time when I got there. Had received 2 calls during the interview and took em. One not being work related. She could of told me I was not moving on after being told to call back. Will not apply again. Besides their service is horrible & who would wanna come over to T-Mobile. One person that was in there while I was waiting was saying I will just stay with Verizon over something with trying to switch.
I had Verizon so I was asked what would you do if you were showing your phone to a potential customer and he/she said you had Verizon, how would you get them to use T-Mobile's Network
