Look for any openings online once you find one youre interested in apply for it. It takes about a week for them to get back to you. You have to take an assessment test online. First interview you meet with 2 managers. On second interview you have an interview with store manager and district manager

It was fast for me, had a phone interview, and had 3 face to face interview got a verbal offer. They called me the very next day letting me know that i would be getting a email with the offer and to accept it.

Online applicants are filtered, with qualifying applicants getting directed to an online, automated exam about customer service. That takes about an hour or two. Then those that pass the test are contacted for an interview in-person with a local store manager. The interview is highly typical, comprising a one-on-one meeting with a store manager, though sometimes interviews are conducted by regional managers.
