My interview process was disorganized and was insight to what would come in this team after I got hired. Use your intuition with your interviewers and be yourself. If it doesn't feel right it probably isn't. Remember you have to work with these people everyday and you are interviewing them as much as they are you.

There are these stock questions that they have in some of the interview process and they are usually not relevant to the position but some kind of personality assessment that I find offensive at times. I decided against moving forward on that position because of it.
