I did a first quick ten-minute interview with the recruiter to learn more about the job and it was all fine. A few days later they emailed me at 11am to schedule (not request, schedule) an interview for 1:30pm on the same day. I didn't see this email until 2:30pm and so I missed the interview. I emailed them back explaining that the interview had been made on short notice and so I missed it, and they ghosted me. Bad experience.
