first a kind of standard phone screening interview with the HR person, then 1 week later phone interview with the hiring manager (both 30 mins each). As it went well an onsite interview with 5 different people (co-workers, hiring manager, HR). Questions were not so much about soft skills but about analytical skills.

Went through whole hiring process; online application and assessment, "day in the life" orientation, and interview with supervisors in the customer service department. All of the questions were behavioral questions, none about skills, experience and other "normal" interview questions.
