Applied online and got a call in about a week. Had the phone interview and was told a bunch of people would be selected for an in person interview that would be set up like a job fair. All the questions asked were situational. They threw me off because I prepared a lot of potential questions and none were like the ones asked. They weren't hard but I was very nervous. After hanging up the answers came to me. A bit too late!
