It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
It was quite simple and great to relate to the interviewer .we talked about past experiences and also the functionality of the role ,standards, and policy. The interview was pretty straightforward which I liked instead of beating around bushes.
I saw the job opening at JobBoard, so I was trying to apply. It was weird that they were required to do a personality quiz before anything else. It has more than 60 similar questions in a nonsense form(states that they made that for purposes).
