The process includes many interviews, often back to back. A lot of the questions revolve around behavior and past project failures to understand how you addressed them. Some will require presentations as well.

Question 1
Describe a project you managed in the past, explain what were the biggest challenges you faced and how they were handled.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I had an HR Screening call, Hiring manager screening call, onsite loop prep meeting with HR, and an onsite loop with 4-5 people (30-60min interviews each). Very straightforward and quick process with all members of the team.

Question 1
What is the difference between a task and an epic? How do you build support for your vision and ideas?
The interview process is fair with having 3 one-one interviews followed by a panel presentation. In the panel presentation , I was asked to present on a topic and plan on presenting for 45 min giving time for Q&A. The culture seemed to be pretty collaborative and I talked to pretty nice people. The most disappointing part was the company went through a re-org and they put a pause on hiring.
