Very casual and laid back. I did have to wait a long time for the interview to start. I was able to shadow someone that day. I was told I was being offered a position but then never received a formal offer.
The interview process was a Phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Both were via phone not an in person or virtual call. The next step would be with a regional manager and Human Resources.
