Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer interactions and had to express understanding and solve the problem.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview process was great. My interviewer was a cool guy. They will ask you questions such as your past work experience, you're experience in IT support, your vac**ne status, and why you think you would do well in this position. Depending on how you answer the questions determines if they will hire you. I was called back a 2nd time by the hiring manager and he asked me 1 of the 4 questions mentioned above. I was not called back after this call, and received an email stating I was not chosen for this role.
