Prettige communicatie en gesprekken. Ondanks dat het niets is geworden een positieve ervaring gehad. Follow-up met recruiter was ook snel en prima. Was de moeite waard om een gesprek te hebben.
Easy comes Easy goes. Pretty standard interview process. 3 stages. Met with sales manager and some associates. Pay was standard too. I thought it would be much more crazier questioning but everyone was very chill.

Interview
During the process I was in contact with the recruiter and a coordinator, in my opinion the recruiter was useless as she could not answer any questions about the interview process nor the job. Most of the communication went through the coordinator who sets up all of the interviews. I was told there would be 3 interviews but instead there were 5 and I was told the process would move quickly when it took 3 months. There were so many people I interviewed with and I felt my time was disregarded in terms of setting up interviews because i was usually only contacted less than 24 hours prior to the interview to schedule them. I feel the recruiter and process could have been better because it seems the hiring manager and recruiter were not on the same page.
