It was fair and you basically have to go through around two or three rounds, one was on hirevue and then with the team and then the manager and you might expect a long wait time
The interview was straight forward. They ask why do you choose T-Mobile in general. Everything else was good after that. Be yourself so you could get the position you want at T-Mobile.
The interview process was done as a group where there would be many tables that represented a certain department or a team working together. There would be a rotation on interviews from one table to another.

The questions would sensibly be tailored to the resume as you would carry one around and they would see what you were interested in and they would have technical questions.
