I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jul 2018
Interview
Applied on T-Mobile website in early July. After passing the assessment and a few mock calls I received an e-mail to schedule an in-person interview. That took about four days. They also sent an e-mail for a background check. I received a rejection e-mail four days later after the interview. It was a fun opportunity.

Question 1
Describe a time when you overcame a difficult situation and how?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Springfield, MO) in Apr 2018
Interview
I first applied online, and was then directed to take an online assessment including roleplaying for the position and basic "how would you react" questions. A week later I recieved another email asking my to complete a video interview, which consisted of ten questions that were answered live and in video format. A few days after that I received an email that set up an in-person interview. I scheduled it for that same day and arrived at the call center. I was given a tour of the (very nice) facility and had an impromptu interview throughout the tour. I shadowed an employee and everything was swell. I was told that I would hear back within ten days, and as the tenth day rolled around I heard nothing. Ten became twenty, twenty to thirty, and I was losing my patience. Eventually I got another email asking for a background check, which I completed and passed, and two days later I was offered the position.
