I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Richmond, VA) in Apr 2015
Interview
did interview on phone, then did A DAY IN THE LIFE. I did a face to face interview and after the background check it took about a month to start. the phone interview was very easy. the hardest part about the interview was the waiting process. the face to face you had to actually act as if you are doing a call to see if you try to sell the products efficently.

Interview
very laid back, went into the interview well dressed with a resume. Only had one interview. I was called that same day, and received an offer. Before the 1:1 there was a phone screening process. Overall the person interviewing me was very professional

Interview
The hiring process for me was long and tedious. Everything was done online. Applied in late September. Did my first interview virtually. It was fun and I couldn't stop laughing. Was invited to Day in a life in early October. It was me and about 20 other people. They gave us a tour of the facility and then a presentation on what to expect. I did not get to be interviewed until a week later. Did my background check. Next came the offer letter. All in all the process took about a month for me.
