The interview was seamless. It was situational based questions asking about what you would do if something were to happen. They asked you about your work history as well. T-Mobile is known for providing great customer service so they just want to make sure of that in their candidates.

Easy… you take a fake call. Your interviewer will also need you to explain your customer service experience. Overall T-Mobile is an outstanding company to work for, they offer excellent pay, benefits, and friendly management.

Interview
Interview organized and instrumental. I asked good questions and received good responses. Overall I was pleasant with interview experience. Would recommend to others to apply. I was applying the Houston region.
