Interview
The structure of the interview process was a team interview for the first round, hiring manager for the second and senior for the 3rd.
The first round consisted on behavioral questions and current company history? (not specific to your role, but the company's actual department history) . No specific questions into role responsibilities with current company or technicalities of a share plan during first interview.
I could not continue with the interview process, ironically, with the feedback given of missing technicalities (which were never asked).
A sense of disparity or miscommunication of what the additional job responsibility (same paycheck as for the person before, but added responsibility) for the person taking the role seemed to exist between the hiring manager and his team.

Interview
They have three rounds.
1st round - Basic Technical Round
2nd round - Intensive Technical Round
3rd round - HR
Once you send in your CV, you get a system generated email to ensure that your CV and other details are uploaded correctly. And then HR gives you a call to clarify any item and to schedule the interview.

the overall experience was very good, brief and clear from the beginning - firstly the pre-interview from HR through phone and then two in-person interviews with team members and manager - all expectations and questions were answered
