The first round consisted on behavioral questions and current company history? (not specific to your role, but the company's actual department history) . No specific questions into role responsibilities with current company or technicalities of a share plan during first interview.
I could not continue with the interview process, ironically, with the feedback given of missing technicalities (which were never asked).
A sense of disparity or miscommunication of what the additional job responsibility (same paycheck as for the person before, but added responsibility) for the person taking the role seemed to exist between the hiring manager and his team.
