I was asked questions about how my interests aligned with the company's, a time I failed to achieve a goal, a time I succeeded.
Structured as a group interview. The groups are of roughly five to six candidates. There are around four groups in total. The interview consists of standard interview questions followed by a sales roleplay scenario in pairs that is then presented back to the group.

Telephone interview. Applied online. Several days later was contacted. The recruiter talked and talked and kept asking questions that really didn't allow the candidate to express their experience for the position and how they fit in.
