Interview
What a mess of a company! I applied for ASM and right away a women from HR called me. She was very abrupt and I barely got a word in. Then she set up a interview with the SM that went very well but lasted 2 hours and 45 mins! The SM told me the DM would call me to set up an interview but she never did. The SM eventually called me to tell me there was a mix up in corporate and her store wasn’t actually approved to hire an assistant! She told me she still had a full time spot open and it was the same job without the pay or title. She told me she would come back with an offer that was approved by the DM. Several days later the DM called me left a message asking if I could set up an interview with her for the next day! I was under the assumption I would get an offer for the other full time position and not have to go through anymore BS
