It was a very loose interview. The store Manager was very conversational. We discussed cooking, leadership and some product. We discussed some of the stores challenges and what I would do to impact them. I asked about training and product knowledge.

Very high tech, but when it came to human interaction, I would of preferred dealing with the computer than the people the seem very unprofessional. It seem as if there was a script being used to coach the person doing the interview.
