Interview
I emailed the hiring manager and I got a call back for an interview maybe two days later. The interview was very smooth. The manager came up with questions that really made me think based on my answers. I can honestly say we were able to build a small connection in those few minutes that we spoke. Very polite, friendly, and really wanted to hear about what I had to say.

Interview
The interview was very calm, it honestly felt more like a casual conversation than any kind of screening process. I currently have no prior work experience, so we spent a good part of the interview talking about my time in high school (they did ask if I had a high school diploma, which is probably a given but my friend's parents were surprised to hear that lol).
We went over company policies, luckily I spent a good hour checking out Luxxotica online (there are a few good Forbes articles about the sunglass industry, having that kinda knowledge beforehand probably isn't required but it DEFINITELY helps), so I was able to answer the more business-oriented questions pretty easily.

Interview
I went in looking for an associate job, the guy working at the store told me to leave my name and number and that he would have the store manager call me. About two days later I was called to schedule the first interview. Super nice people, questions varied from fashion to morals. I was then asked if I would be comfortable to show him my skills right then and now and I agreed. It was kind of a role play another employee pretended to be a costumer and I had to help him. This is to see how well you work with people and how friendly/convincing you can be. I was told I would get a call to schedule a second interview or to thank me for my time. Couple days I was asked if I could come in for an interview and they congratulated me a day later for getting the job. Overall it took about 1 week and was a very comfortable and nice experience.
