I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut
Interview
Virtual Recruitment Drive - approximately 2 hours. The first interview was a group interview, followed by your own 1:1 interview. In the group interview they just show you what it would be like working for them and past successful employees who managed to work their way up into a higher position. They also ask you to speak a little bit about yourself and what your favourite sunglass brand is, a fun fact about you, etc. Managers were incredibly nice but group interviews are generally nerve-wracking if you’re more introverted.
