Group interviews and activities involved role playing and was very interactive, one on one interviews after the group interviews allowed them to assess your personality, confidence, creativity and ability to work as a team whilst still getting to know you personally

Friendly and very light atmosphere, made you feel welcome to the interview. Got everyone involved and promoted interaction with other interviewees. Managers all looked friendly and filled us in on what it was like to work at Sunglass Hut extensively.
