there were 3 interviews, first one was completed by a recruiter on the phone. Second was by two district managers in person. Third was for the regional manager I would be working with.

Must have experience leading in an self driven environment and fast paced environment. They may start with a coffee tasting to emphisize the coffee culture so its important to know the background.
