Starbucks Shift Manager interview questions

Very easy. Apply online. Can go into store to check on in person and get the ball rolling faster if you want (strongly recommend doing this since they get so many applications). Get called in for interview, possibly have a phone interview first and then in person one on one with the manager. Not a hard process.

Did the video interview. Super comfortable and explained well. I liked it because I didn't have to take time off of work for it. I did the interview from home and they give you retries before you have to submit each individual video.
