Trial Shift in which I had to help the staff and serve the customers. Very busy environment and I did not have any previous experience. Moreover, nothing was explained to me so sometimes I was lost.
Simple application process. A couple of rounds of interviews. Phone screening, video call, final interview.

Interview
Mainly asked about customer service experience and if I had experience in Retail before. If you have experience in retail, they appreciate that background greatly. The interview was one day long but I did have a referral from a current employee so I'm not sure if this impacted how quickly the turn around was. Overall, it was a simple interview if you have a retail/customer service background coming in.
