Starbucks Sales Associate interview questions

Simple application process. A couple of rounds of interviews. Phone screening, video call, final interview. They will provide all details in emails in order to be successful in the process.

Mainly asked about customer service experience and if I had experience in Retail before. If you have experience in retail, they appreciate that background greatly. The interview was one day long but I did have a referral from a current employee so I'm not sure if this impacted how quickly the turn around was. Overall, it was a simple interview if you have a retail/customer service background coming in.
