I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Starbucks (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Each of the skills HR posed questions to me about, which were critical to the role, were not listed within the job posting. It was as if I was interviewing for a completely different role than what I'd applied for. I would never have applied for this particular role if they'd posted a true and accurate job description.
Generic job descriptions will only get you so far in finding good candidate matches for roles, Starbucks. Please take the time to post accurate job descriptions.
Huge waste of time for all of us.
