Starbucks Partner interview questions

You came into the store and interviewed with the store manager and a supervisor, the interview was about 30 minutes long then you received an offer within 24 hours. Once you accepted the onboarding process took about 3 weeks (background check, training, etc.).

Relaxed. Very focused on company culture and values. Was asked about my previous experience in customer service, food and beverage roles. Discussed the different tasks, duties and responsibilities of the various cafe positions.
