Pretty smooth process, and they treat you professionaly to make you feel confortable. The process is very simple, one or two questions about yourself. then a question related to the rol in the company. and Finally problem solving situations.
You may be require to create a video or do it live, presenting a product or closing a sale.

It took a whole day process with different situational practice, activities, storytelling part then the one on one. it was in a hotel. we Got lunch aswell. they divided us to 2 groups
