I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stantec (Burnaby, BC)
Interview
Fairly quick and easy. Met with three people, had a very lighthearted discussion. It seemed they were far more interested in qualifications than a fit for the team. Began with an in-person meeting, then at-home testing for technical assessment. Didn't hear back from them for two weeks before receiving an offer letter.
