Stantec interview questions

- There were two 1:1 interviews. Each took under 30 minutes. - Very friendly office, laid back yet focused work environment. - Management was seemingly unconcerned about qualifications, skills and accomplishments. - Management appeared unprepared for the interview, it was questionable whether resumes were being read ahead of the meeting time. - Management was more concerned about skills and qualifications outside the specialized job title applied for.
