Stantec interview questions

This company process the recruitment very early and very fast. I got a phone call right after I handed in my resume and portfolio. The interview mainly includes following three parts: 1. Introduce your portfolio and main projects. 2. Three interviewers ask questions related to the works, resume and recent experience. 3. Let interviewee to ask questions about the company.

Interview consisted of 2 Skype interviews. Interviews were pretty laid back, most of the questions asked were trying to get me to describe past experience, past projects I have worked on, my reasoning for wanting to work with the company, where I saw myself in the next 5 years, etc...
