Stantec interview questions

One phone screening interview with HR and then one interview with the hiring manager and their colleague. Straightforward questions on relevant experience; also had some scenario questions. They also asked about career expectations and why I applied to the position.

It was okay. I felt the interview was a bit confusing. Make sure you prep for the interview. We had some behavioural questions mixed with personality type questions. Have the job description handy for this interview.
