Stantec interview questions

Two stage interview process: First step was a timed automated video recording of the candidate answering questions provided on screen. Only one chance to take the recording. Second stage: Interview with two of the team leaders (in my case a Project Technical Lead, and Senior Mechanical Engineer). I applied for the job during COVID, and so my interview was held on Microsoft Teams.

The interview was a virtual interview over Microsoft Teams, conducted with the principal, an engineer, and the HR person. It was very relaxed and the employees seemed engaged and happy to be there. I enjoyed the process and felt that it was a low-stress interview in my experience.
