Stantec interview questions

- got a phone call from recruiter who setup a video call with a hiring manager - totally and utterly ghosted after ‘i promise we will absolutely get back to you regardless of our decision’ spiel at the end of first interview - refusal to discuss compensation ‘in first 2 interviews’ — ridiculously archaic policy, particularly when i am currently employed and making a reasonable wage - hiring manager was able to slip in how he feels everyone gets too offended nowadays over ‘things like pronouns’ that ‘don’t matter’ which was a nice, classy, cherry on top. can’t discuss compensation, but can mention how you think certain groups of people don’t deserve respect, nice. - overall, hard to comment too much after 1 interview and i can understand how this could be perceived as ‘sour grapes’ but i genuinely feel like i dodged a bullet here. - i don’t have a single good thing to say about my experience during this process.
