Stantec interview questions

The telephone interview was short and basic questions were asked. Strengths, weaknesses etc. The in person interview involved questions that weren't directly related to the job profile. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable. It is difficult to gauge how the interview went based solely on their reactions. Overall, a positive experience. Unfortunate not to get an offer.

Two people from the department met with me to discuss the job. Was asked how I would plan a document, then some typical questions from a list. The office was very nice, the two people were friendly. I found it a little off-putting that they were just reading from a form, as it didn't feel like a conversation.
