Interview
Very lengthy and rigorous all-day interview. Required presentation of protoype to department, staff department interview, individual director interview, individual vice-provost interview, group interview with computer system analysts. It was pre-covid so group interview with computer sys analysts was over lunch, but did not have opportunity to eat since answering questions entire time.

Interview
There are initial questions as well as physical tests that you have to pass. The questions are mainly just trying to get to know you better. The physical tests are to see if you are physically strong enough to swim.

Initial questions: What are your interests? When are you available?
Additional tests: Swim 50 yards with a 10 lb weight.
There are many interviews. The first interview is 1hr talk with the project manager. Next, we did several interviews with the PhD students in the lab. The final interview is a tech talk at the research seminar.
