Interview
The interview was very fun. The interviewer made it very easy to talk to them and asked interesting questions that weren't too difficult to anser. They were very accommodating. I interviewed with two people back to back.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied to a job at Stanford on sep 8. Interviewed with them on sep 19 and 22. Hiring manager said I would hear back within a week. I sent the typical "Thank you" email: no response. When a week came and passed, I followed up with the recruiter: no response. I sent one last follow up email to the hiring manager on oct 5: no response After over month of absolute silence, I finally received the rejection on Oct 19th. My birthday of all days. I don't mind the rejection, it's the lack of transparency and communication that bothers me. To provide a good candidate experience, they should have kept me in the loop and send a quick update email to mention that they were still in the process of interviewing other candidates.
