Sent my application in november 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic
Had in total three Interviews
First Interview was presencial with 2 HR professionals in the 2nd week of January.
Passed the first interview then I had to do a serie of psychometrics tests.
Passed the tests then I had a remote Interview with a panel of the CIB (the division I choose) in February
Then I had another remote interview with a panel of the finance division in February
As I write this review I am still waiting for a feedback of my last interview

3rd interview (with Finance)
- Tell us about yourself and why did you apply for the program
- Have you seen the financial reports of the bank? What do you think about them
- What are the most important financial statements?
- Walk us through each of them briefly
- If you had choose only one financial statement what woud be? Why?
