Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

After applying for multiple positions, I was called back to have an interview. When I arrived, the manager stated that he was busy and should have rescheduled my interview. He then said that he didn't remember what I applied for- since I had applied to multiple positions, I was not sure for what position I had been called. Most of the interview was talking about my history and my capabilities. I was told that I was hired on the spot then it took about four calls to the store to get a call back about when I would start.
